Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable) once opened

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Refund Process

  • Returned items will be inspected once received

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed through:

  • Store credit, or

  • Bank transfer, upon customer request

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • Luxorra is not responsible for items lost during return shipment
